PayPal was a Silver Sponsor and an active participant at the 2017 FinTech Festival in Singapore organized by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) the week of November 13th.
The week-long event kicked off on Monday, November 13th with a nationwide Innovation Lab Crawl, of which the PayPal Innovation Lab was a featured participant. Guests were able to explore the various products and technologies that PayPal is developing for merchants and consumers.

In summary, our active involvement and participation at the 2017 FinTech Festival in Singapore enabled PayPal to strengthen our leadership position in FinTech. It also allowed us to enhance our relationships with the various FinTech stakeholders and continue our dialogues with the various government agencies involved in FinTech at a senior level. In addition, it helped us to profile our business to more than 25,000 participants at the Festival as well as demonstrate our strong commitment and presence in the region. PayPal will continue to play an active role in engaging and collaborating closely with MAS and other government agencies involved in FinTech to further strengthen our leadership position in this space.
